There’s so many great venues in Billings, Montana. But these five are ones that we love, and that never let our clients down.
There’s a reason Camelot Ranch is our first pick on this list! If you’re getting married in Billings, you can’t go wrong here. One of the best things about Camelot Ranch is all of the amenities. There’s a beautiful, spacious bridal suite on site for the brides and bridesmaids to get ready. There’s also space for the groom and his groomsmen to get ready. And there’s so many options with where to have the ceremony. Outdoor options include under a magnificent oak tree (called the tree of life), by the pond, or with views of the rimrocks. And there’s also space to have your ceremony indoors (This is a big deal in Montana because the weather can be very unpredictable!).
Go-kart rentals are available to help you and your guests get around the property. The staff there have always been so kind and helpful. Camelot Ranch, has everything you need, all in one place. And as a bonus, there’s a ton of amazing spots to take photos on the property!

This is another heavy hitter on our list. The white and black barn has a classic and timeless feel. The property is gorgeous with plenty photo opportunities. You can get married by the gorgeous pond, or by the beautiful fireplace inside (again, it’s so great to have an indoor ceremony option in Montana). This venue also have great amenities for both the bride and groom. There’s plenty of space for you and your guests to park, and even camp if you need to. The owners of Willowbrooke are kind and friendly, and so is their staff. This venue is a beautiful backdrop that your decorator will love!

The Billings Depot is the second oldest venue on our list. It was built in 1909 in the heart of downtown Billings. It’s served as a venue choice for many of the most important visitors to Billings since its construction. The building has since been restored. If you want timeless architecture with a downtown vibe, then this is the venue for you! The Depot always provide a great experience for their couples, and has won awards for doing so! The space is uniquely elegant. And being close to the airport and lodging, it’s a very convenient option if you have any guests traveling to your wedding.
The indoor space is beautiful, with multiple options for ceremonies. But there’s also three lovely courtyards outside the property. One great thing about the Depot, is it’s so close to many great downtown locations. If you want a more urban feel for your bridal portraits, there’s so many places to go within walking distance.

This is another historic venue, and actually IS the oldest one on our list! The Moss Mansion was built in 1903 and is perfect if you want a romantic venue with lots of history! The grounds are immaculate, and the architecture of the mansion is stunning. There’s multiple spots to have your ceremony on the grounds, and the reception can be held under the stars or with a beautiful vaulted tent.
While events can’t be held indoors due to the historic nature of the mansion, portraits can be taken in the green house atrium, or in many of the 28 rooms throughout the home. This venue truly is one of a kind, and like no other that you’ll find in Billings.
Last on our list, but definitely not least is Danwalt Gardens. There’s no other way to describe the gardens here, but delightful. Opulent plants and a variety of flowers adorn the entire property. There is almost too much to take in. Literally every step you take, there is new natural scenery, and a gorgeous backdrop everywhere you turn.
The owners here are some of the nicest people we’ve ever met, and our couples love working with them. There are multiple outdoor areas for ceremonies and receptions. And there’s also an indoor area that can hold your reception. If you’re a plant lover, this venue is for you. If you just want a special slice of nature, that’s still close to city amenities, then this venue is also for you.
This is not an exhaustive list of wedding venues in Billings, but just 5 of our absolute favorites!
