Emily and Adam Engagement Photos in Red Lodge, MT

Just days before Emily was to leave on a family trip, Adam convinced her to take some time away from their hectic lives and travel to their favorite place, Fort Peck Lake.

Adam had a plan that he would take her out on the lake and get down on one knee to pop the most important question of their lives. But the morning he was planing on proposing, the wind kicked up, the lake was choppy and definitely Not romantic!

According to Emily, Adam was unusually upset about the weather. They still had time on their trip and a little wind wasn’t out of the ordinary.

Luckily the weather took a turn for the better and close to sunset they were able to go out on the lake. After setting up his phone to take some “selfies” the two went to the back of the boat. Emily turned to look at the lake and turned around to see Adam down on his knee with a ring!

Alone out on the lake on August 4, 2022, Emily said “Yes” to spending the rest of her life with her best friend!

Even though we weren’t able to be with them that day on the lake, we were able to create some amazing engagement photos in the Beartooth Mountains outside of Red Lodge, Montana.
