Elegant, classic, and unique. That’s how I’d describe Keeley and Andrew’s beautiful wedding day in Missoula, Montana.
It was a typical fall day in Montana. The weather had gone from warm fall weather to winter overnight. But even with the snow and rain, it didn’t put a damper on this stunning wedding day!
The couple got ready in separate parts of the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church annex. It’s a beautiful historic building right next to the chapel. Keely was an absolute vision in her vintage inspired look. Her hair was quaffed into a 1940’s victory roll. And she topped it with Andrew’s grandmother’s veil from the same era. Andrew dressed in a classic black tux. The two were the epitome of elegance.
Keely walked up the aisle, and Andrew’s eyes glistened as he looked at his bride on her father’s arm. Their love for each other filled the whole room. The ceremony was beautiful and a direct representation of that love.
With the weather being cold and dreary, most of the family and couple’s portraits were taken inside the church. St. Francis Xavier is a historic church with beautiful murals depicting the life and ministry of Christ throughout. To say those portraits were incredible is an understatement.
Following the ceremony, the wedding party headed to the Museum of Mountain Flying. Keely, a former air force officer, had volunteered at this amazing museum. It was a huge part of her life.
Historic plans filled the museum. They looked perfect with the subtle vintage vibe that the couple had throughout the day. Andrew and Keely were the stars of the show. But a close second was Miss Montana: A WW2-era C-47 turned smokejumper plane who’s home is the museum. The plane was the backdrop for a good portion of the portraits.
The reception continued to have the same feeling of love that the entire day had. The groom’s father wrote a special song just for the couple. He played the guitar while the couple danced and looked into each other’s eyes. The two simply glowed in in each other’s arms. This continued as they chatted with their guests and thanked them for being there.
You two are such a joy to work with. From our first meeting, you were one of our favorite couples. You fit perfectly together like puzzle pieces. And you’re both so genuine in all you do. Your wedding day reflected this in every way. And we want you to know that we feel so blessed to have been a part of you wedding day!
We hope that as you look back, you can remember what an incredible day it was. Keep that love in your home forever!
With lots of love,
